Do you make custom furniture?

Yes. As interior designers, we specialise in creating custom furniture. With years of experience designing unique pieces for our clients, the launch of our furniture and homewares collection was a natural progression of our business. We’re passionate about crafting tailored solutions that perfectly fit our clients' and customers needs and aesthetic preferences. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

If your item is in stock, please allow 2-14 business days for delivery, depending on your location. For items that are made to order, which is the case for most of our products, the lead time is approximately 8-12 weeks. For a more accurate estimate, feel free to contact us.

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

If you're local, you’re welcome to collect your order from our Paddington Studio. For delivery, fees are calculated by our team once your order is placed. We use Australia Post and Couriers Please for smaller homewares items, with costs ranging from approximately $10 to $40, depending on your location.

For larger furniture items, delivery is arranged through a third-party courier, and costs will vary based on location, weight, and size of your order. For a more accurate estimate, please feel free to contact us.

my item was on pre-order, when can i expect to receive it?

When you pre-order our items, you are securing a handmade product crafted specifically for you. Unlike mass-produced goods, we do not keep large inventories on hand between shipments.

Pre-orders are handled exclusively through our website, with full payment required at the time of checkout. Delivery timelines are provided as estimates on each product page, recognising that each item has its unique production schedule.

Please understand that once an order is placed, refunds are not permitted. Orders are placed with the knowledge that delivery dates may change, and while delays are rare, they are not eligible for refunds except in extraordinary situations.

DO YOU OFFER TRADE PRICING?

Yes, our Trade Program is available to all industry professionals, including designers, stylists, and architects. To apply for trade pricing, please complete the form here and we will respond shortly. Our trade pricing excludes the Barkly Basics Range.

can i cancel my ordeR?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled at any stage.

Once a customer commits to purchasing an item from The Object Collective, a binding contract is established, and the sale cannot be cancelled. We uphold our right, in accordance with consumer law, to refuse refunds for orders affected by natural disasters or other unanticipated circumstances. Change of mind, production or shipping delays, under any circumstances, do not warrant refunds.
